Who We Are
Asmaan Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the empowerment of humanity in Pakistan and various other projects throughout the year for the social welfare. We are not only committed to creating opportunities for women by providing them with the skills and resources they need to thrive in their personal
and professional lives but also working on social welfare projects like distribution of food among the needy and empowering the youth, childrens, minorities, transgender and livelyhood. One of our key initiatives is to traine skilled womens who can add value in their own life as well as to society by fullfilling thier own needs. This program provides women with valuable skills that they can use to start their own businesses, earn a living, and support their families.
We believe that by providing women with economic opportunities, we can empower them to take control of their lives and break the cycle of poverty.
We are also proud to have celebrated International Women’s Day in a big way this year . We organized events and workshops to raise awareness about the challenges that women face in Pakistan and the importance of gender equality. We believe that by coming together as a community, we can create positive change and improve the lives of women across the country.
we take absoulte pleasure by initiating and executed all our Small Steps projects are self -funded, and we are committed to using our resources wisely to maximize our impact. In addition to our women empowerment program vocational trainings we have also provided Ramadan food pack, helped majority in wave of COVID-19 and extended by donations to those in need. We believe that it is mutual responsiblity as a responsible citizen to help those who are most vulnerable and to support our community in times of need.

Asmaan Foundation has an organizational culture that strongly believes in the importance of keeping abreast ofwith new developments, keeping channels of communication open, keeping information systems fluid, and managing knowledge in such a way that change can be easily incorporated into structure and processes as and when it becomes necessary. It employs participatory action research methodologies to support a permanent learning process. The methodologies employed are consultative, participatory, and treat on-going social and managerial
processes as learning experiences. The operational strategy of Asmaan Foundation has been based on the following core values such that ultimately positive change is brought in the society.
